内蒙古长调艺术交流研究会简介

会长：拉苏荣

       内蒙古长调艺术交流研究会（英文译名为：Inner Mongolian Institute for Long Tune Folk Song (Urtin Duu) Communication and Study）为内蒙古自治区长调民歌艺术及草原文化相关人士自愿结成的非营利性地方社会组织。本会以百家争鸣、实事求是为宗旨，遵守宪法、法律、法规和国家政策，遵守社会道德风尚。本会接受内蒙古自治区文化厅、内蒙古自治区民政厅的业务指导和监督管理。地址为内蒙古自治区呼和浩特新城区利民街30号。
       本会2007年初经内蒙古文化厅批准、民政厅注册成立。本会的使命是要在有关政府部门的指导下，对世界非物质文化遗产（“人类口头和非物质遗产”）代表作蒙古族长调民歌艺术开展抢救、保护、整理与传承，让长调民歌这一人类共同的文化瑰宝，为人类共享，并且世代相传。
       蒙古族长调民歌由中国和蒙古国联合申报，于2005年11月25日被联合国教科文组织宣布列入世界非物质文化遗产（“人类口头和非物质遗产”）代表作。
按照章程规定，本会主要开展以下工作：

       （一）研究内蒙古自治区长调民歌艺术的现状、历史、与发展过程；

       （二）研究内蒙古自治区长调民歌艺术与国内其他地区（如新疆蒙古族）长调民歌艺术的异同；研究内蒙古自治区与蒙古国等国外长调民歌艺术的异同；

       （三）开展与蒙古国及国内其他地区长调民歌艺术的交流；

       （四）开展与蒙古国及世界各国长调民歌艺术的学术交流与研讨；

       （五）收集、整理、翻译、编辑中、蒙长调民歌艺术相关史料和资料；

       （六）通过英特网加强与蒙古国等世界各国的民歌艺术交往合作；

       （七）主办国内和国际长调民歌交流演出活动；

       （八）主办长调民歌艺术培训、研讨和相关活动等。 
       本会现有长调专业会员300余人和聚集了一大批国内外知名的长调歌唱家、国际公认的长调传承人和专业中青年歌手。世界第一个长调国际金奖得主宝音德力格尔和内蒙古草原歌王拉苏荣分别担任荣誉会长和会长，著名歌唱家德德玛、扎格达苏荣、阿拉坦其其格、乌日彩湖、朝伦巴图和长调理论研究学者乔宇光、巴音吉里嘎拉、李世相、冷德熙等分别担任副会长。
       本会作为蒙古族长调民歌国内唯一的专业社团组织，真诚欢迎长调业界的歌唱家和演艺人员及专家学者，积极参与到对蒙古族长调民歌艺术的抢救、保护、整理与传承中来，同时热忱欢迎国内外长调民歌的爱好者和热心公益的经济界人士勇敢加入到弘扬人类优秀文化的行列！

A brief introduction of Inner Mongolian Institute for Long Tune Folk Song

(Urtin Duu) Communication and Study

       Inner Mongolian Institute for Long Tune Folk Song (Urtin Duu) Communication and Study is an unprofitable community organization in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region, which is formed by voluntary concerned of long tune folk song and grassland culture. The principle of this society is: always persisting in the policy of “letting a hundred schools of thought contend and seeking truth from facts”; Always abiding by the Constitution, law, regulations and policies of the state; and standing by our social ethical or moral principles. The society is under the direction of Mongolia Autonomous Regional Department of Culture, Mongolia Autonomous Regional Department of Civil Affairs. The address is: No. 30, Limin Street, New urban district, Huhhot, Mongolia Autonomous Region.
       The sanction by Mongolia Autonomous Regional Department of Culture and registration of the establishment by Mongolia Autonomous Regional Department of Civil Affairs of this organization come in the early day of the year 2007. The responsibility of it is rescuing, protecting, arranging, promoting and inheriting the art of long tune folk song, the representative work of the intangible cultural heritage of the world (oral and intangible heritage of humanity), in order to share the art of long tune folk song --the cultural treasures of all mankind --with the world and pass it down by generations.
       China and Mongolia proposed the application for the long tune folk song together, and UNESCO declared it a World Heritage Site and included it in the list of the representative work of the intangible cultural heritage of the world (oral and intangible heritage of humanity) on Nov25, 2005.
       The articles of the association defined its functions: 
       1. Setting characters to investigate the status, history and developing process of long tune folk songs in Mongolia Autonomous Region; 
       2. Study the difference and common ground of long tune folk songs between Mongolia Autonomous Region and other domestic district (such as Mongolia nationality in Xinjiang district); 
       3. Researching the similarities and differences of the art of long tune folk songs between Mongolia Autonomous Region and foreign countries like Mongolia and others;
       4. Promoting the international and trans-regional exchange and discussion of the art of long tune folk songs with Mongolia and other countries;
       5. Collecting, arranging, translating and editing the related historical materials and other documents; 
       6. Strenthening the cooperation and intercommunion of folk songs with Mongolia and other countries through the internet; 
       7. Holding national and international performance and conducting academic exchanges of long tune folk songs;

       8.sponsoring training, academic discussions and other related activities of the art of long tune folk songs.
       There are more than 300 professional long tune members in the institute, including a lot of world-wide famous long-tune-singers, internationally recognized successors of the art of long tune folk songs and professional young and middle-aged singers. Baoyin Deligeer, The first winner of world golden medal of long tune songs, and La Surong, the king of the grassland music, severally hold the post of honor president and president. The well-known singers: De De Ma, Zhageda Surong, Alatanqiqige, Wuricaihu and Chaolunbatu severally officiate as vice-president.
       The institute, as the only professional association national for Mongolian long tune folk song, sincerely welcomes long tune singers, entertainers, specialists and scholars to take a part in rescuing, protecting, arranging and succession the art of Mongolian long tune folk song. And we also do hope Urtin Duu lovers both here and abroad and businessmen who have great enthusiasm in public welfare work to join us to carry forward the fine cultural traditions of the people.
